Risk List​

In the world of CVA's and store closures we now inhabit, especially in the as we move towards a post-covid world, we began monitoring the performance of all operators in the StorePoint datasets, identifying those brands that we consider to be most at risk, based on financial performance, company accounts, boardroom turmoil and of course CVA discussions.

Below is a list of all operators currently on the RiskList and a link to articles about each operator. 

 

We use this data combined with CentrePoint to identify retail centres that are most at risk, based on the proportion of units deemed at risk and the proportion of total space.
